Christmas came early!
This should make the trips to Tennessee this Christmas and St. Louis in January much more comfortable. :)

Did you get a mini-van? A mini-van just makes you Officially a mom. To be a soccer mom you have to be insuffereable, and presumably one or more of your childrenmust be involved in soccer (or at least some sort of a sport).
It's a beautiful ruby red minivan, yes. With tons of little compartments everywhere. (Designed by somebody like me who likes bookbags and purses with tons of little pockets for everything!)
The kids are too young for any sports besides the "Climbing on mommy like a jungle gym" routine - and haven't I always been insufferable? ;)
Ummm.. MILF.. thats what i think of when i see a red minivan. Too much desperate housewifes.. need to turn off my tivo... I am borg, resistance is futile.
Not the right kind of insufferable. To get to soccer mom status you have to have that particularly suburban, holier-than-thou, I-stop-talking-to-people-when-I-think-they-don't-mow-their-lawn-often-enough sort of insufferability.
And since you kids are two young for organized sports, you're out of soccer mom-ness entirely. You will have to be satisfied with being a "young new mother" or some such. Call a marketing firm and ask them which demographic they think you fit in. They'll be able to give a definitive answer I'm sure.
